Upcoming Events

Hi Everyone
It seems like time is just flying by. I have two events coming up. The 1st one I’d like to mention is the Tulsa Indian arts Festival in Tulsa Oklahoma Feb 12, 13, 14, at the Spirit Bank Event Center. I haven’t participated in this event in the past and am looking forward to seeing what the art market in Tulsa is like. If you know anyone in the area send them down I’d love to see them.
here is their website:
http://www.tulsaindianartfestival.com/

The 2nd event is not an art market but a great chance to see a large amount of my work on display. Feb 4th we are going to have an event (maybe two) showcasing my work. The event will be held at the University of Washington School of Law. The work will be on display in the hall of the main floor. I think the display will be up for about ten weeks or so, so you will have plenty of time to see it. I’ll post a picture when the display is up. If you have any questions about the work on display feel free to e-mail me. Take Care Everyone

Lincoln City this weekend!

Hi Everyone,
I’ll be back at Lincoln City this weekend for a show at the Chinook Winds Casino. I’ll be packing everything there. I’ll have serigraphs of course, along with t-shirts, cards, maybe a drum or two, and some dinnerware sets. I look forward to coming back, it’s always a good time, they have a great buffet, and the town is pretty fun to visit as well. I hope to see you there, take care.

Autry Show recap

I can understand why California is the most populous state. Warm weather and sunshine are good for the soul. The Autry show was a lot of fun I made some great contacts (and wonderful trades). I had a few interesting things happen when I was there.
It seems the world is getting smaller and smaller all the time. A young man approached my booth with a big grin, he looked at one of my serigraphs (Kindred Spirits) and excitedly told me that he had it in his home. His family had visited the Steinbrueck Gallery in Seattle, they had seen the piece as soon as they walked in and had to get it. I can’t describe what it feels like to hear stories like that. I know that the work has reached many corners of the world, but to actually meet someone who has purchased work from a third party thousands of miles away is pretty amazing. Thanks for that. Also thanks for adding to your collection. I truly appreciate everyone who stops by to chat and those who support the art by purchasing pieces thank you so much, it makes a big difference and makes it possible for me to travel and share the work with a wider audience.
I love California and hope to return sometime soon to enjoy the sun, and fresh produce. If you know of any shows in the area feel free to contact me, I’d be interested. Take Care Everyone, hope you have a wonderful day.

Reminder

I have been getting a lot of people asking where they can find some of my work in the Puget Sound area. Here is a little reminder. My work can be found in Seattle at the Steinbrueck Native Art Gallery, it’s a great gallery with very nice folks you should stop by and see them sometime. Here is their website address: http://www.steinbruecknativegallery.com/

If you are in the South Sound you can find my work at Little Creek Casino near Shelton, both in the hotel and the gift shop. I plan on stocking them up again pretty soon too.
If you are in Olympia you can find my work at State of the Arts Gallery. Here is their website: http://www.thestateofthearts.com/

There are a couple of other galleries and gift shops that also carry my work but these places have the biggest selection. Of course you can visit my studio (if you make an appointment) and see pretty much all the work I have available. That’s about if for now Take Care
